Add run on repl.it badge to README #283

This pull request adds a badge to the . This will allow users to easily run this repository in their browser, without having to set up an environment. You can learn more about Repl.it here.

RoVer should not be run on repl.it; I don't think repl.it can even handle RoVer being run on there. If a user starts struggling to support this project on repl.it, they'll come here even though the README explicitly states:

Note that setup or code support will not be given for attempting to run your own instance of RoVer, modified or otherwise.

FYI, you also wiped the entire README.md file with your commit.
