This fflag disabled the playback of audio with more than 9 or more tracks (preventing those REALLY loud bypasses)

Actually, I think this was fixing the audio game crashing server bypass, this fix was rolled out the same day my HackerOne was given bounty.

Fxllen this has to do with ogg audio tracks. not crash audios. it states in the title that audios with a certain track count over the limit are prevented from loading
