Change .mite files to .mite.pm files #11

This will make it easier to work with existing module build systems. They'll pick up mite files like anything in lib/

Done in 865f2038b8b30e8cc63ba8c66681d53d4de1ad91

I went with .mite.pmc because that's what they are, compiled Perl modules.
