Reimport all distributions with errors #107

During the current run, import_releases would stop if it encountered a broken release. This means any distribution with a broken release is only partially imported.

  1. Find all instances of ^Error in the gitpan.log
  2. Fix the problem, if possible
  3. Reimport the distribution, probably throwing out the old one

I reimported them, but didn't do much to look into the errors which were due to bad archives.
