Cleanup temp directories during a run #113

The importer is not cleaning up its temp directories and they risk filling up the disk.

I've installed tmpreaper to mitigate this problem, but it should still clean up after itself.

This problem seems to have solved itself. Might have been 26911ae02054dba0329c12c7a82edc4c5e78c086 or b72fa1c606424e03a8284d5ee988dabfde10a432
