Update Gitpan's Perl #65

Gitpan's Perl is probably quite out of date.

Install 5.18 (or whatever we've been testing with on Travis) using perlbrew. Get as close to the Travis Perl configuration as you can.

5.18.2 with threads and all necessary dependencies installed via perlbrew in the gitpan account.
