Add a few AC_DEFINEs to configure.in #39

Incorporate the patches now present in the FreeBSD ports tree to pacify autoconf and make libint build there. master seems to contain such definitions already in its configure.ac. Would this be acceptable to incorporate?

This indeed seems to be an interesting artefact of the FreeBSD ports system (ports should run aclocal && autoconf, however does not). I will close this, thanks for looking into the request. Sorry for the noise!
