Allow users to change their passwords. #15

Create a page for users to change their password. Put it on somewhere on the menu bar on the top of the site.

Might be unnecessary if we upgrade to using the Devise gem (issue #18) which includes this feature and others that are common in authentication apps. https://github.com/plataformatec/devise
