Selected ten cherry-picked projects for rust

I used as much as @UniverseFly provided sources as possible (given the diversity and size constraints)
Certain projects have multiple crates within them. For those cases, I set the entry point as the core crate. This simplifies the analysis process (enables tools such as cargo-modules) and is also acceptable since the other crates can be considered as external dependencies which can be installed using cargo. Please correct me if my assumption is wrong here.

This aims to complete half of #11
