2f6e189ddb5b86cd559048ed0f6474825dee2092 sets up the pypi packaging. we can upload a version once the code is ready.

f2d82c506c44797cb93300b6fcd17956bd1ae62b sets up the README but we also need to add information about how to run evaluation results in the Compute Scores subsection.
