Keep track of journal / venue / "location" information for each paper

For each paper being processed via the prelinked-dataset-ingestion pipeline, we want to additionally store the primary (best) location of the paper into the database. Specifically we care about:

• if the location is open access (oa)
• the pdf url
• the "source" (make a new table for sources and store their open_alex id, their name, issn_l, and their type)
• and the "version" string
