Allow secure websockets Better preservation of irc connection

• 120 sec disconnect
• Reset endpoint (/reset) Better download
• Serve dl rather than b64
• Flush dir on startup

Ultimately, this all makes it easier to host as a web server rather than standalone app

I also disabled auto browser startup
