Adds a few examples and adds them to the lattice documentation.

example/plot/lattice/layout.py shows which site, links, and plaquette are indexed by (0, 0).
example/plot/lattice/d{0,1}.py show how the exterior derivative works.
example/plot/lattice/delta{2,1}.py show how the divergence works.

Closes #31.
