tdg ensembles can be continued so that if you want a longer ensemble you can pick up where you left off (either from disk or from an ensemble object), rather than starting afresh.

This would be beneficial!

[x] Generators have to be stored.
[x] Easily continue from previously-generated ensembles.
[x] H5 strategies are needed.
