When exportint, check for mileage folder #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Delete mileage folder on SD card
2. Try to export database
3.

Expected behavior:
Folder created, data exported

Actual behavior:
Export fails

Mileage version: 3.0.8
Android version: irrelevant
Device: irrelevant

The problem can be corrected by manually creating the "mileage" (or whatever 
equivalent you have defined in settings) export directory
