Respect line breaks in review comments #617

I see Gerrit doesn't respect neither line breaks, nor double line breaks for 
separation of paragraphs. This makes discussion more difficult to understand

It supports a wiki sort of syntax.  Place a blank line between paragraphs to 
split paragraphs up.  To use a code style, including preformatted text, use at 
least one space at the start of each line.
