Add Comments column in reviewer table #627

Often the File list for a change is below the fold on the change page.  After 
the reviews are in I see my set of reviewers gave +2 checkmarks and sometimes 
hit the submit button not realizing they had comments.  Bringing that info up 
to the Review-status table would be helpful.

What "info" are you specifically suggesting be brought up to the review status 
table, a comment count?  If so, would to count just the comments on the latest 
patch set (per reviewer)?

Yes - I think a comment count per reviewer for the latest patchset would be 
sufficient.  You could even just add "with comments" next to the +2.
