Add saved searches to the bottom of the page

I would like to be able to save searches like bugzilla does. 

User should be able to search for something and then give a name for this 
search. This should add a link to the footer of each page with given name that 
leads to that search.

I think it might actually be menu items under the My menu, similar to the
canned saved searches of "Starred Changes" and "Watched Changes".

But I agree, a user should be able to save searches and come back
to them more easily than bookmarks in their browser.

Issue 640 will implement this feature, in addition
to some other useful concepts, so I'm merging this
as a duplicate of 640.
