I would like to change default commit-msg, my gerrit verssion is 3.4.1. I found the commit-msg is in gerrit.war/****/com_google_gerrit_server_libserver.jar and I have changed commit-msg. After that, I recompiled Gerrit. The commad is "java -jar gerrit.war init -d ./review". But the new commit-msg doesn't work. I was so confused.
