installed mic not shown on systems not running english #916

config device shows 'Default', but not other mics

german output is 

Karte 1: Microphone [Trust Gaming Microphone], Gerät 0: USB Audio [USB Audio]
  Sub-Geräte: 1/1
  Sub-Gerät #0: subdevice #0

code is looking for 'card'

Expected Behavior

device dropdown should have alternative mics

Current Behavior

only shows 'default'

Possible Solution

make sure code to get list outputs english

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

set system to non-US english open config, devices list not correct
