[x] hang.h to main file app.cpp.
[x] Need to readdress menuing for app.cpp in the meantime.

[x] Move JavaScript files to new project (focus of main is C++)
[x] @EvDenny needs to create a better file structure and system for integrating new files.

Finished. Need to dogfood for any additional bugs or fuck ups with other programs. So far the hangman menu path works. Everything else is unchanged, but there could be bugs regardless.
