Investigate processor type mismatch #1

The website is now set to compile to x86 because of a processor type mismatch with PKHeX. This could potentially be limiting in the future, so a better solution should be found.

AppPool is also configured to enable 32 bit applications.

Only an issue if site needs more than 3 GB of RAM, which it most likely won't.
