Requirements:

• [ ] Pokemon are uploaded to and displayed from logical folders
• [ ] Existing Pokemon can be moved to other folders
• [ ] Folders can be nested inside each other
• [ ] Folder structure can only be modified by administrators
• [ ] Folders can have 3 states: open (anyone can upload or move to), locked (only moderators can upload or move to), and hidden (only moderators can see, upload, or move to)
• [ ] Authenticated users can create their own collections. Nesting not required.
• [ ] The category index shows system collections
• [ ] Pokemon should have a read-only bit that prevents edits and deletes, and only allows moderators to move to different categories

Commits 7801fa2971082c536208cdec691f6d86a5b7eb3b and 0755820ebe52edf125f634049e5cc3e505c06744 will break database updates. To update the database:

• Make a DB backup
• Generate insert scripts for Pokemon and PokemonFormat tables
• Delete everything and let Entity Framework regenerate the database
• (If PokemonFormat is not empty) Delete everything from Pokemon Format
• Run insert scripts for PokemonFormat
• Add an EntityType for PKM if it wasn't generated
• Alter Pokemon insert Script to insert into Entity, and add a column to add the Guid of the PKM EntityType
