Probably didn't fix the bug yet, but this commit adds the moves tab back to Active Pokemon: https://github.com/evandixon/SkyEditor.SaveEditor/commit/82b9ee4651009ebdd5486aede51efe00b1c8a2db

Requires ability to edit moves in a Quicksave (more info here: https://github.com/evandixon/SkyEditor.SaveEditor/issues/22). This means that editing moves of Pokemon in a dungeon is currently not supported. For now, leave the dungeon, then edit moves.
