Rename const.sublime-syntax to AmxmodxConstants.sublime-syntax #8

The current name const.sublime-syntax is too generic and will cause problems when the user has another syntax with the same name const.sublime-syntax.

Also, fix the name inside the const.sublime-syntax file, because it is also used by Sublime Text to display the syntax.
