Description

To speed up compilation, per discussion with @fevangelista, Francesco's MR-LDSRG(2) implementation has now been moved to the attic, and the associated tests have been removed. York's implementation is retained.

I think Francesco wanted to retain one of them until a python implementation takes its place.
