Make "infinite" or near-infinite notes by controlling volume on echoes #15

echoes are no longer happening as of https://github.com/evangipson/midio/commit/aa9988c0f041eca1f4d88d4b367726c38fe1b3bd.

i believe the echoey notes were causing lots of noise and not adding tons of value. if we want echo now, we can just use the "delay" parameter.
