Setup core domain / CDN in networking account

via AWS console:

[x] transfer domain from old aws account to networking account
[x] create single ACM cert for *.evanharmon.link and apex evanharmon.link
[x] add cname record to route53 for DNS validation of wildcard cert
[x] confirm DNS validation of ACM cert
[x] update NS records on domain in Route53 to NS records on new hosted zone
[x] confirm DNS routing happening from NEW network acct hosted zone
[x] delete old hosted zone in old aws account that had domain

Taking a bit longer as I forgot to update the NS records on the domain in Route53 (diff screen). 2 day cache so check back on Saturday 8/11
