Cache folders don't exist in repo. #3

app/tmp/cache/ is missing. app/tmp/cache/models/ is missing. app/tmp/cache/models/empty is missing. app/tmp/cache/persistent/ is missing. app/tmp/cache/persistent/empty is missing. app/tmp/cache/views/ is missing. app/tmp/cache/views/empty is missing.

Are you sure these are still missing since I merged my branch with yours? I think I fixed it. (Although permissions are still wrong)

I checked - it works, although you do have to check local permissions after a clone.
