Migrate database tables to Gammu config

Migrate the database tables away from the gnokii config into the Gammu config. Should just be a case of renaming a few fields and adding some extras in the outbox table and adding some new tables.

Outbox table creation SQL is thus:

Lots of similar fields, but all different names, and a few confusing changes (ie. _notbefore becomes SendAfter). This is going to result in a fair few changes in the code. Both PHP and python.

All tables Other than inbox have been updated to meet Gammu requirements. I've also created a gammu branch for these changes.
