Is h5lt required? If so, not a big deal, it seems like it comes with a standard H5 install.

added delta output to scattering opacity subroutines. Extra work is done, but no change in outcome yet. Differential cross section functions could probably be simplified further. Suppressed errors when non-transport opacities are requested and not implemented - just give transport opacities with delta=0. renamed type to transport in several routines for consistency.
