Please run npm publish and update the version number. npm is showing 0.2.0 for jquery-csv when it should be 0.8.2.

That was bizarre, 'npm publish' stated that 0.8.1 was published but the npm website only displayed 0.2.

Anyway. 0.8.2 is published now.
