Modified the Pop! OS logo to fit the style of the theme and match the dimensions of the other OS icons.

Could you use the #1A1A1A color that all the other icons use? :)

Actually I opted to merge https://github.com/EvanPurkhiser/rEFInd-minimal/pull/58 as I think it matches the rest of the icons nicely :)

I didn't see the other request - glad a Pop! OS icon made it in :)

This was a quick desaturation of a larger PNG.
