I am trying to work through the ManifoldEM (beta) python demo. It seems that the demo link at the beginning of the manual is not functional and so I cannot find the alignment (RyR1GCs_clustRem.star) or image stack (RyR1GC_clustRem.mrcs) files. I am wondering if a new link to the source of this data could be provided. Thanks a lot!

Hi @dras2255, you should be able to use the mirror link in the demo PDF –– please use the link in the footnote on that same page: https://github.com/evanseitz/ManifoldEM_Python/blob/main/ManifoldEM_Manual_Beta.pdf
