Feature request: an option to make popup stay open forever until the user click the button again. #50

I would like to suggest an option to make popup stay open forever until the user click the button again.

For example, I click the Neater Bookmarks button, and the popup showing the bookmarks will stay open (no matter what I click or do), the popup will only close if I click the Neater Bookmarks button again.

I put the button as the right most button and it works like a bookmark sidebar. I would greatly appreciate it if it can stay open forever,

I have already ticked [Popup stays open when opening (left-clicking) bookmarks] but the popup will close when I click something on the webpage.

This is not currently possible. When the popup loses focus, it closes. This is Google's design choice.
