Add "repos-only" mode. This can be set with an environmental variable in~/cdcrc
- CDC_REPOS_ONLY=true
User can set an array
- CDC_REPO_MARKERS
- Default is (.git .git/ Rakefile Makefile .hg/ .bzr/ .svn/)
User can choose to enable or disable "repos-only" mode at runtime
- Use the -r and -R options, respectively
- Will override the CDC_REPOS_ONLY variable
Update readme to include this information
