docs: add installation instructions #4

Depends on #2 to be merged first, otherwise the link to the latest release will be broken

@evantravers Hey, thanks for merging! You probably have to update the .zip name in the existing release though, currently the link in the README is broken as no new deployment was triggered (which is correct, as nothing changed about the actual spoon, but I couldn't change the naming in the actual release). If you can edit that, everything should work again. Thanks a lot!

The action triggers on tagged releases, so I added a 2.1.1 tag: https://github.com/evantravers/Hyper.spoon/releases/tag/2.1.1
