Create first version of SitesScreens and CreateSitesScreens

Added react-native-maps and @expo/vector-icons packages (Run npm install after pulling this PR)
Created Button component to have a custom button styled as the canva buttons
Created a VerticalTextInput to have a text input with a label on to of it

Closes #13
