EVCC does not start if no connection to wallbox #3268

Describe the bug

My wallbox lost the connection to the network due to a defect cable. As a result evcc did not start at all and I had to spend hours to search for the root cause. The error does not occur, if the photovoltaic is disconnected.

My setup: Wallbox from Keba Raspberry Pi Nissan Leaf

Steps to reproduce

Just disconnect the wallbox from the network and try to access evcc.

evcc does not work without a wallbox while it does work with PV meter.

As a result evcc did not start at all and I had to spend hours to search for the root cause.

There will be an error message in the logfile. Did you check that?

Yes, I saw that there is an error message. But did not understand what to do with it. It would be better, if it shows an error in the interface - similar to when no connection to PV.
