[Enhancement] Participation links #288

Could SeAT implement a PAP link system? PAP links are links that are to be visited via IGB, which transmits additional data (e.g. Pilot X was in System Y in Ship Z, at time A.) that the server then stores. A number of alliances use these systems, but i failed to find an open source one, and since we already use SeAT, I thought why not implement it?

While this seems useful, do you want to expand on what it would be used for? I am guessing some sort of fleet attendance module? Assuming not like a Siggy replacement or something.

@smokie128 maybe sometime post V1 but probably not in the near future.

@Nutbolt52 this is a way large entities measure corp/alliance participation and determine who is actually active. The TL;DR, you create a activity, paste a link in fleet and pilots who click the link are marked as active in the activity. For eg: Doods that play logi are actually measured correctly rather than on killmails.

The IGB will die "very soon", this was discussed @ fanfest this year. They have a few things to move into the api, once that is does IGB goes bye bye.

On the logi bit, the new CREST statistics that they released @ fanfest, allow you to see the amount of HP you have rep'd. Pretty cool stat ;)
