Move more settings into the .env.php file #293

I hate changing my mail.php after every pull, so I moved more settings into the environment file. ;)

I see that you changed the laravel version from 4.1 to 4.2. Have you tested to make sure this doesn't break any other features, as everything else was done to respect the 4.1 spec?
