Change findClosestPlanet to Model EveCorporationCustomsOffices #313

This should adress the cache timer related issue in #312

Changes the DB Model from EveCorporationAssetList to EveCorporationCustomsOffices

As long CCP will not introduce any other items a Corporation can anchor on planets it should be safe to alter the function.
