Add external links to Character Screen #326

Based on the proposal in #155

Implements external links for for following external sites (opens in a new browser window or tab):
- EVEBoard
- EVE Gate
- EVE-Kill
- EVE-Search
- EVE WHO
- zKillboard
uses tooltips to give a hint where the user will be going
