Account log should log who made the change #156

Somebody made me an admin, but it wasn't me and I don't know who did it.

The account log just shows:

All those roles are derived from in-game titles, so someone gave you a title that granted you staff admin access :) We should have a log for when people set explicit roles on other people though.

Oh, well then it should log that the roles were added due to an in-game title. e.g. "by the title syncer thingamajig"
