Enforce standardized referencing #63

Some of us use hyperlinks at the end of the page (Chapter 3), some use APA and clickable buttons (chapter 2)

We need to discuss a global referencing method so it looks sleek on all pages.

Adding on this issue, we could also add to each chapter an internal link to the sources (when there are some at end of page)
