image.png It is mentioned that duplicate contacts are not allowed, but the checking was not specified to be case-sensitive or case-insensitive.

As shown in the below screenshot, it is possible to add a person of the name 'betsy Crowe' even though 'Betsy Crowe' exists. image.png

The bug potentially affects normal operations, making it more than a minor convenience and hence should be of medium severity.

For example, the application allows 'Betsy Crowe' to be added as a Partner and 'betsy Crowe' to be added as a Client at the same time, which is a source of confusion and directly affects whether a policy can be assigned to the person.

Additionally, if differing policies or meetings are added to the two duplicate persons, the user will also be confused as to which one should be followed.
