Development branch for Ainneve #103

With the move to 0.7 on Evennia core, I wonder if it wouldn't make sense to have a development branch on Ainneve as well - somewhere we can merge PRs that have the chance to be a bit more bleeding-edge.

@feend78, any thoughts?

Anyone else, please feel welcome to chime in as well.

I've made a new branch, develop, and new features or breaking changes should be built against this - similar to Evennia core. For now, anyone wishing to use Evennia 0.7 should use the develop branch.
