instructions missing #15

I can't find any instructions on how to use this software,i.e. installation and methods of use at minimum - i.e. there is GUI and command line mode right?

@stefanochi you can run without install by makins sure all BIMVEE and MUSTARD dependencies are installed, setting PYTHONPATH to the BIMVEE and MUSTARD directories, and then running python3 mustard/__main__.py
