Workaround for chromium Calcutta/Kolkata timezone bug #2

The latest version of Chrome returns Asia/Calcutta as the timezone for India instead of Asia/Kolkata. This is a known issue but hasn't been fixed (chromium bug 580195).

A temporary workaround is to add overrides on a case-by-case basis.
