Pin DDEV version to 1.22.6 for E2E workflow #1287

this pull request:

Two days ago DDEV published version 1.22.7 which resulted in complete failure of E2E tests. As a quick fix, I am pinning package to version 1.22.6 which was confirmed to work.

Note: requires https://github.com/eventespresso/actions/pull/58 to be merged first! ⚠️
